OFFICIAL NOTICE TO MEMBERS 2010 ANNUAL MEETING

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Parke County REMC, we would like to cordially invite you to attend the 2010 Member Appreciation/Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held on September 2nd from 4:30 pm –8:00 pm. This year’s meeting will be held at the Parke County Fairgrounds on Hwy 41 North of Rockville approximately ½ mile.

4:30 pm-7:00 pm Registration

4:30 pm-7:00 pm Meal served in 4-H Building
(Steak Sandwich, Potato Salad, Chips, Dessert & Drink Catered By the Beef House)

5:00 pm-6:30 pm Bingo in the Rabbit Building

7:15 pm Meeting, Prize drawings and Adjournment

Prizes for Registered Members: 2 Grand Prizes $500.00 Cash

Sparky the Fire Dog and the Safe House

The Indiana Blood Mobile will be on site for donations.
