Parke County REMC policies and procedures are determined by a member-elected, board of directors. As an REMC member, you elect these directors for three-year terms. The board of eight directors is composed to direct your voice in the cooperative’s operations. Each year, you will receive a notice announcing the date of the cooperative’s annual business meeting.  This is your opportunity to elect your directors and become familiar with the status of your business.  We hope to see you at the next annual meeting!
