You can now use our interactive phone service to pay your bill by credit or debit card or electronic check 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In order to use the service, you will need to have your REMC account number and credit or debit card information. To pay by electronic check, we must first set up a profile that contains your checking information. Just contact the office and we will be happy to do this for you. Once your profile is set up, the only information you need to pay by electronic check is your REMC account number.
Night Depository
You can drop off your payment anytime after business hours (7:30 am to 4:30 pm) and leave it in the night depository that is located in the entrance to our office building located at 119 West High Street on the South side of the Rockville town square. This is a 24-hour service to the member. However, payments made during business hours (7:30 am to 4:30 pm) and placed in the night depository will be considered next days business. Same day transactions should be taken by a Customer Service Associate.
E-bill Option- Free Service
We are pleased to announce the release of a new billing option for our members that would rather receive an E-mail notice rather than a paper bill, we now offer E-bill. In using the E-bill option, you will receive an E-mail with a link to view or pay your REMC electric bill. E-bill adds convenience and ease to paying your electric bill. It will allow you to view up to 3 months of bills, 15 months of bill history and the ability to send requests to update your account information. Once you view your bill online, you will have the option to login to your account and make a secure electronic payment either by Credit Card, Debit Card or E-check. We also provide a link that connects you to our web-site which will allow you to learn more about the products and services offered by Parke County REMC.

Online Bill Payment - Free Service
Still want to receive your bill in the mail but would like to pay online. Simply call our office to receive your Online Password and log into our Online Billing System and make a secure electronic payment by Credit Card or Echeck.
Online Auto Payment - Free Service
Would you like your bill to be paid by Credit Card or through your Checking or Savings account automatically each month? Simply log into our Online Billing System and use the Auto Pay Profile feature located under the “Account Information” button.
E-check Payment Option- Free Service
Do you need to make that last minute electronic payment, but don't have or want to use a credit card? We now offer an E-check payment option through our Online Payment and Bill View program on our web-site. There are no extra costs for you to pay with an E-check. From your check, simply enter the routing number and checking account number and your payment will be deducted from your account.
Automatic Bank Draft Plan- Free Service
For those who are always on the go, you can have your bill paid automatically through your checking or savings account. The Automatic Bank Draft Plan is a method by which Parke County REMC draws money from your bank account to pay your monthly electric bill. The payment is made automatically on the due date of your bill. If the due date falls on a holiday or weekend, the payment is deducted from your account on the next business day. Payments can be made from a checking or savings account.
If you would like to utilize this service, stop by our office at 119 West High Street in Rockville and fill out the Authorization Application for Automatic Bank Draft Plan. Or, you may print the online application Automatic Monthly Payment Form and attach requested information; sign and mail. If you contact the office, we will be happy to mail the application to you. Once all the information has been received, signed, and entered, you will be officially enrolled in the Automatic Bank Draft Plan. This is a free service for all Parke County REMC members.

The convenience of credit card payment is available at Parke County REMC. Currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Please stop in the office or call (765) 569-3133 or (800) 537-3913 to make your next payment.
Reoccurring Credit Card Plan- Free Service
Reoccurring credit card payments are very similar to the automatic payment plan, yet instead of drawing money from your bank account, payment is made by credit card. This allows you the confidence to know your payments are timely, which will avoid disconnect or penalty fees that may be added to your account due to timeliness. The payment is made automatically on the due date of your bill using the credit card information provided. If the due date falls on a holiday or weekend, then the payment is deducted from your account on the next business day.
